Summer has officially ended. The school year has officially started. Some people are excited, some are less excited, some are in the middle. I am one of those people who are in the middle. I miss the summer and not having to do anything, but I'm also excited to be in school and seeing my teachers and friends that I haven't seen in a long time.
One good thing that happened on the first day of school was seeing all the friends that I haven't seen in a long time and meeting my teachers. Plus I got to meet some new kids.
One bad thing that happened on the first day of school was me being sick. I got sick yesterday and I am still sick today and that kind of ruined my first day. Every few seconds I feel like I'm going to throw up and that is really annoying.
Everything else was pretty good. My teachers are the best, I have a lot of my friends in my class, and I got to have a reunion with my 5th grade teacher and students. That was/is really fun because Ms. Best Teacher Ever (aka. my teacher) is the best teacher ever! (Except for my current teachers 😬😘)
What are some good and bad things that happened on your first day? Do you miss summer or are you glad that it's over or are you in between?
A good thing that happened on my first day of school was being reunited with my friends. A bad thing was we started off the school year with drama. I don't miss summer yet. All my teachers this year are SUPER nice except for one. I haven't gotten much homework, and that usually tells me whether I want to go back to summer or not. Hope your feeling better!
Just to clarify, "My teachers are the best, I have a lot of my friends in my class, and I got to have a reunion with my 5th grade teacher and students. That was/is really fun because Ms. Best Teacher Ever (aka. my teacher) is the best teacher ever! (Except for my current teachers 😬😘)" I meant that my 5th grade teacher is the best teacher ever, not including my current teachers who are also the best.
Does that make sense?
